We offer routine housekeeping, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and customized one-time services. We’ll create a plan based on your home, priorities, and schedule.

What is included in routine housekeeping?

Routine housekeeping generally includes dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping. Your service can be personalized to focus on the rooms and tasks that matter most to you.

What is included in a deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning gives additional attention to areas that are not normally addressed during routine visits. This may include baseboards, doors, trim, fixtures, cabinet exteriors, and areas with heavier dust, dirt, or buildup.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. Our team brings standard cleaning supplies and equipment. Please tell us about allergies, sensitivities, special surfaces, or preferred products before your appointment.

Can I schedule recurring housekeeping?

Yes. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, and other recurring schedules may be available depending on your needs, location, and our current availability.

Can I customize my cleaning service?

Can you help after the loss of a loved one?

Will you decide what should be kept or removed?

No. Important decisions always remain with you or the person authorized to manage the property. We can help organize items into clear categories and gently guide the process without pressuring you.

What services can be included?

Services may include cleaning, decluttering, organizing, interior painting, minor cosmetic improvements, furniture arrangement, and staging. We’ll recommend the services that will make the greatest difference for your home.

What is the difference between home preparation and staging?

Home preparation focuses on the home’s overall condition, including cleaning, decluttering, painting, and needed improvements. Staging focuses on furniture placement, styling, and visual presentation. Many homes benefit from a combination of both.

Do you work with occupied and vacant homes?

Yes. We can prepare occupied, partially furnished, and vacant properties. Our recommendations will be based on the home, its condition, the intended buyer, the available budget, and the listing timeline.

Can you use furniture and décor already in the home?

Absolutely. We often begin by rearranging, editing, and refreshing what is already available. Additional pieces may only be recommended when they would meaningfully improve the home’s presentation.

Can you work directly with my realtor?

Yes. With your permission, we can coordinate with your realtor regarding priorities, listing deadlines, photography dates, and showing schedules.

Do I have to complete every recommended improvement?

No. We will help identify which changes are likely to have the greatest impact. You decide which recommendations fit your goals, timeline, and budget.

How early should I contact you?

As early as possible is best, especially if the home needs several services before listing photographs. However, we understand that real estate timelines can move quickly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
